Modular cooling, faster build and setup loading, bug fixes, and 73 new + updated 3D parts are now available in BuildCores.

Spotlight: Modular Cooling

Supported CPU air coolers can now expose customizable fan mounting positions, letting you remove, replace, and reposition fans across model-specific layouts.

GPU radiators and push-pull radiator configurations are also beginning to roll out, starting with the MSI GeForce RTX 5090 32G LIGHTNING Z.

What's New

Cooling Customization

  • Customize fans on supported modular CPU air coolers and choose between their available mounting styles.
  • Add and configure radiators attached directly to supported liquid-cooled GPUs.
  • Build push-pull radiator fan layouts on supported products, beginning with the MSI GeForce RTX 5090 32G LIGHTNING Z.
  • Modularity-disabled case fan slots are now hidden by default for a cleaner fan configuration experience.

Builds and Setups

  • Improved performance and loading behavior across builds and setups.
  • The Setup Builder no longer requires an account or login.

Fixes

  • Fixed default case fans repopulating after another part was added.
  • Fixed multi-fan pack removal leaving residual fans in the 3D build.
